2. Description of Services

All Over Environmental provides asbestos and lead testing and inspection services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Lead testing and analysis
• On-site asbestos inspections
• On-site lead inspections
• Consultation on asbestos and lead-related issues

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate All Over Environmental, our employees, or other users
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments for testing and inspection services must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

All Over Environmental strives to provide accurate and reliable testing and inspection services. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold All Over Environmental and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
